Richard Stafford -

Dawson's Market

Chef Rich Stafford studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  Chef Stafford has 30 years of experience at restaurants, country clubs and retail food service.  Rich was the Executive Chef at Timpano's Italian Chop House for seven years.  Rich enjoys exploring regional cuisines from his time in Louisiana, New York and Washington among others.  He loves the feeling that comes with serving an outstanding meal.  Currently Rich is the Kitchen Manager at Dawson's Market in Rockville and oversees daily retail food production and a robust catering program.
