Jeff Eng - Clyde's Tower Oaks Lodge

Chef Eng's professional background is as flavorful as his cooking. A L'Academie de Cuisine graduate, Eng turned turned an externship into an Executive Sous Chef position at Clyde's Restaurant Group. In 2006, he was appointed the Executive Chef at Tower Oaks Lodge in Rockville. In 2013, Eng won the "People's  Choice Award" at the HOPCHEF competition. Pairing Asian flavors with American classics and French technique, Eng focuses on fresh seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas. His creativity and commitment to providing great food and value can be seen in every dish that leaves his kitchen.
