Enzo Livia - Il Pizzico

Chef Enzo came to USA in 1980 to complete his college education not knowing his hidden cooking abilities until 1986 when his involvement in the restaurant industry started.  “When I was in college I was always invited to cook dinner for my friends”. Chef Enzo began to showcase his cooking abilities when he opened IL Pizzico Restaurant in 1990. He transformed a small store front-deli into one of the most recognized restaurants in Maryland. A self-educated chef, Enzo’s philosophy in cooking is simplicity combined with time honored and high quality ingredients are the key to a great meal.
