Chef Aaron Tootill is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. He developed his skills at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute of Art. Tootill furthered his fervor for food by studying an array of cuisines under multiple accomplished chefs. He enriched the establishments of the Baltimore Inner Harbor Marriott as Executive Sous Chef, and the Fairview Park Marriott as Executive Chef. Chef Aaron also, oversaw the opening of Fire and Sage in DC as Executive Chef. He devotes a high expectation of excellence, quality, and satisfaction into every dish he creates. His culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend towards a healthier and down-to-earth lifestyle.
